Our values

We love the earth, and having the privilege to dig in the dirt and listen to the birds on a beautiful day is what brings us joy.

  • The majority of our work is done without loud power tools. The exception is our leaf blowers, which are always powered by electricity, never gas.

  • We recommend replacing lawns with drought-tolerant native plant species.

  • Our eco-friendly pest and disease mitigation programs are carefully planned and scheduled only when needed, in order to keep vulnerable pollinators and other beneficial insects safe.

  • Our fertilizers are also applied with great care, to maintain a healthy pH balance in the soil.

  • We specialize in Colorado xeriscape, and our gardens flourish because our native plants love their home.

About Zoe

Meet the Owner

Hi! My name is Zoe Simmons. I first began my gardening journey in 2013, studying for a BA in Horticulture and working for Stem’s Garden Design, and then later for Wildfire Gardens.

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make.
